The breakfast is fantastic with a wide range of options including made-to-order eggs.
The reception staff seemed unorganized, initially questioning our payment despite showing our confirmation.

It was just a nice choice for a whistle-stop in Kuta (Bali) with best value. The staff were fantastic and really made our stay enjoyable. If you want a good balcony, request a ground floor room.

I am very impressed with the response from the hotel when my 21 year old daughter had food poisoning. With the instruction from the gm, a doctor was called in and the Ind.Rupiah 1,250,000. bill was absorbed by the hotel. Thanks to the Management of Kuta Beach Club. Upon arrival we were given a brand new and tastefully decorated room but we asked for a room nearer the pool which was really acceptable to me since there were only me and my daughter.
What I would like to share with would be visitors is not to get a room with a connecting door if you are not travelling with your kids. The noise from the next room was clearly audible ... from conversations, music to what came after. But a complain to the reception promptly brought the security personnel knocking to inform the occupants to keep their noise level down. Another disappointment is the breakfast buffet which is pretty limited... Since I am from Kuala Lumpur and the hotels here have buffet spread in abundance.

After walking through the hotels foyer which is quite tired looking it was a lovely surprise to see how beautifully kept the gardens were. We also noticed how quiet the place was since the Kuta area is such a busy and noisy place. Overall a nice place to stay for the money and area. Regards Chris
The rooms were clean but very dark with dull lighting. Regards Chris

The hotel was lovely, it doesn't look much from the street but once you step inside you see the traditional Balinese hotel. The pool was great it had a swim up bar and good cocktails. The food was nice, the satay chicken was excellent however the breakfast was ordinary, but great for the price! Initially we had a room with two single beds, the room was old and tatty however, the second night we moved to a queen room that was beautiful and clean, balcony overlooked the pool and the air conditioning was must! This hotel is in a brilliant location central to shops, beach and waterbom park. It is great for those on a budget!

Everything was fantastic during 4 days, thoroughly enjoyed its excellent location so close to shopping centre, kuta beach, bar and pub and shopping beach restaurants. The room was recently renovated and reasonably large and had a nice view to garden.
